Refund policy

Failed images

If an image fails to generate, or the model declines your prompt, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You can see every credit change at GET /v1/account.

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Partly used packs can be refunded for the unused credits on request. Write to hello@getplantain.com with the date and amount of the purchase.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card, including any tax charged. The refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Quality

If an image is clearly broken (for example incomplete or corrupted), write to hello@getplantain.com with the job id and we will return the credit.
